STATGROVE

Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

The short version: StatGrove collects no data. Your health data never leaves your device.

What StatGrove does with your data

StatGrove reads health and fitness data (such as steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts) from Apple Health, with your permission, solely to display it to you and to compute on-device statistics such as trends, goals, and the Recovery score. All reading and processing happens on your device.

What StatGrove does not do

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer receives no payment details and cannot identify you from a purchase. Purchase records are kept by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Permissions

You choose exactly which Apple Health categories StatGrove may read, and you can change or revoke access at any time in the Health app under Apps & Services. StatGrove never writes to Apple Health.

Not a medical device

StatGrove is not a medical device and provides no medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. The Recovery score, sleep insights, and every other number in the app are informational summaries of your own Apple Health data, computed on-device against your own history. For any health concern, consult a qualified professional.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since StatGrove collects nothing, any future change could only make that stance more explicit.
